City of Castle Pines North seeks volunteers for URA, boards, commissions and committees

The Castle Pines North City Council unanimously approved Resolution No. 10-81 at the October 12 City Council Meeting, which allows the transition from the City Council serving at the Castle Pines Urban Renewal Authority Commission (URA) to a five member, citizen volunteer Commission.
Since the formation of the URA, it has been the intention of the City Council to make this transition in an effort to encourage broad citizen participation in Castle Pines North. Residents, business owners, and property owners are encouraged to apply.
Additionally, the City is currently accepting applications to fill openings on a number of recently formed boards and commissions. Qualifications may vary depending upon the entity; but, applicants must be able to commit the time to attend meetings, study packet information and have an interest in ensuring the strength and viability of Castle Pines North.

Budget, Finance and Professional Services
Communications and Community Outreach
Public Works, Utilities and Parks
Urban Renewal Authority Advisory Committee
