Close to 2,000 people made it out to Sterling Custom Homes’ annual luxury home tour in August. Sterling, along with many of its trade partners showcased a beautifully custom-built home in Castle Pines Village. Visitors were able to see the very latest in custom finishes and technology available on the market today. Owner Woody Howarth remarked, “My family and I love living here in Castle Pines Village and it is my favorite place to build homes. We were extremely pleased with the two day attendance and all of the positive feedback from the community,” he said. “I am also happy about the circumstances under which the house sold,” he remarked.
The home that was featured on the tour actually sold just two weeks prior to the tour, but the new homeowners agreed to allow it to be featured at the showcase anyway. According to Howarth, the couple was in Colorado visiting their children (who live in The Village) and they were all walking through the neighborhood when they came upon the house. Wanting to live closer to their children and grandchildren, the couple immediately contacted Sterling and sealed the deal!
