Castle Pines North Master Association updates for 2011
Information provided bythe CPN Master Association
New management company
The Master Association has changed management companies and is now managed by Premier Property Management. Please contact Kim Maguire by e-mail with questions.
Decrease in dues
Effective January 1, the Master Association annual dues were reduced to $85. Due to the recent change in management company, and thus a new billing process, dues are considered late after February 10, 2011 and will be subject to late fees and interest if received after that date. Please note that residents no longer have the option to pay online. Please contact Kim by e-mail to ensure payment has been received.
Updated website
The Master Association recently launched its new website, so check it out! The web address remains www.cpnhoa.org. While much of the previous content was removed from the website, it was archived by the Master Association. Most community stories and photo galleries formerly featured on the Master Association website are still available through the Castle Pines Connection. E-mail with requests.
Name change?
Although last November residents voted to change the name of the city to the City of Castle Pines, the Master Association has to retain the legal name of Castle Pines North Association, or more commonly referred to as The Master Association. We are unable to drop the “North.”
