The community of RidgeGate will soon welcome its newest home builder with ParkSide at RidgeGate, a joint venture between Harvard Communities and Berkeley Homes.

The new single-family neighborhood, which will ultimately include 31 homes, is currently under construction. A model home will break ground in November and is scheduled for completion in March. New homes at ParkSide will be between 2,400 sq. ft. and 2,800 sq. ft., and will be priced from the low $400,00’s.

The ParkSide at RidgeGate neighborhood offers an intimate scale, with just 31 homes featuring oversized front porches and unique, inviting front courtyards defined by decorative iron fencing. These porches and courtyards will help create a strong neighborhood feel, inviting residents to interact with one another in RidgeGate’s beautiful outdoor spaces.

The homes will feature a refreshing, contemporary exterior style and interiors with warm, modern details. In addition, the homes at ParkSide at RidgeGate will be ultra-energy-efficient, meeting the newest Energy Star Version 3.0 standards.

RidgeGate is a mixed-use sustainable community that will eventually span over 3,500 acres in Lone Tree, Colorado. What makes RidgeGate unique is our dynamic blend of urban and open. More than a third of RidgeGate’s acreage will be dedicated to open space, parks, trails and preserved land.
