Castle Pines Homes Association annual meeting
On the evening of March 4, the Castle Pines Homes Association (CPHA) held its annual meeting at Cielo at Castle Pines. Approximately 375 members and patrons were in attendance. The agenda included a review of the previous year’s accomplishments to enhance the signature amenities of the Village, along with planned capital improvements for 2024 and a complete review of the financials. A question-and-answer session followed for those in attendance along with those on Zoom.
As in past years, the CPHA provided a light dinner before the meeting so that the members could talk with the exhibitors, including Castle Pines Golf Club, the Western Golf Association, South Metro Fire Rescue, the Castle Pines Metropolitan District, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, the Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife, Dahl Environmental Services, Xfinity, and the City of Castle Pines. The focus on the upcoming 2024 BMW Golf Championship in August brought excited discussion among the attendees.
The evening was concluded with the results of the Board of Directors election. Congratulations to Wendy Ingraham and Chuck Skinner who were both reelected for three-year terms.
For more than 40 years, the CPHA has held an annual meeting since The Village at Castle Pines was founded in the early 1980s.
