“We are so excited to welcome Executive Chef Brian Dennis to our team,” said Kim Bartuccio, director of membership and communication for the Country Club at Castle Pines. “In his short time with us, we have already seen many new culinary delights that have been extremely popular with our membership,” she said.

Chef Dennis, who started cooking at the club this past December, is originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, but grew up north of Atlanta, Georgia. He and his wife, Courtney, live in the South Denver Area. A graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta, Dennis holds a degree in Culinary Arts and has won a number of culinary achievement awards.

“The Country Club at Castle Pines has an exceptional reputation. My goal is to bring an outstanding culinary experience to my members, said Dennis. “They have been very receptive to new ideas and making me feel at home. I look forward to building a long lasting relationship here.”

Menu changes have been incorporated under Dennis’ leadership, along with new and exciting events. The freshest locally grown produce and the highest quality meat continue to be served, and Artesian breads are delivered daily. Dennis will also be using herbs and an array of produce that will now be grown at the club.

“There are so many techniques and advances in the culinary world that I would like to bring to the club,” said Dennis. “I love bringing a smile to someone’s face when they try something new.”
