Castle Pines Chamber annual golf tournament at The Ridge on August 27

By Elean Gersack

Get ready for a really good time.  The annual Castle Pines Chamber golf tournament, A Day on the Greens, is always full of laughs, cheers and great people.  This golfing and networking tradition brings businesses and residents together to celebrate the community while enjoying a fantastic day of 18-holes of golf.

This year’s event is scheduled at The Ridge at Castle Pines North, one of Colorado’s premier and upscale golf courses, which happens to be right here in Castle Pines.  The shotgun start is at 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 27.

A portion of the proceeds will go to Developmental Pathways, a non-profit organization serving individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or developmental delays and their families.  Developmental Pathways’ services are based on the principle that full inclusion and participation in community life is attainable for every individual.

“The Castle Pines Chamber looks forward to this event every year!  It is always a good time and it is a great opportunity to meet others,” shared Chamber President Sharon Kollmar.  “We are always humbled to support non-profits through this event and are happy to be helping Developmental Pathways this year.”

Early bird registration runs through August 17.  The cost to play is $155 per player or $600 for a foursome and includes a chance to win some great prizes that will be presented afterward at the awards banquet and buffet dinner.  Non-players interested in joining for dinner only can do so for just $35.
