Build Out in CPN at Ninety Percent
With builders like D.R. Horton sold out, and others nearly sold out, CPN will soon become a more static neighborhood. The sale offices will disappear, as well as the signs pointing potential homebuyers to their sites.
When build out finally occurs, CPN will have 3,263 homes. Currently, there are only 288 homes left to be constructed. Builders are expecting these homes to be done within the year.
Of the homes built, 2,975 of these homes are currently occupied. Custom lots still remain and construction on these lots will then complete our community.
