The race will wind along various streets in HOA #1 and HOA #2. No streets will be blocked off or closed and residents will be able to move to and from their homes comfortably. However, residents will certainly notice the activity and Buffalo Stampede race organizers have asked the Master Association to pass on the following information about what to expect.
The race will begin, and end, at Buffalo Ridge Elementary School. Homes in the following route can expect the “stampede” on Saturday morning: from Buffalo Ridge, the race will proceed along Shoreham Drive to Clare Drive, Yorkshire Drive, Monarch, Shoreham Circle, Monarch, Oxford, Turweston Lane, Oxford, Berkeley Circle, and will then follow Oxford back to Buffalo Ridge.
The course will utilize only a portion of the street and will be clearly marked with traffic cones, signs, and chalk. Course marshals will be posted throughout the route to assist with traffic. Race marshals will keep participants on the route and clean the course after the event. Following the race, residents may contact Buffalo Ridge at 303-387-5575 with any questions or issues related to the race.
If you live along the route, we encourage you to step outside and show your support as your neighbors complete their run!
