Arlen’s American Bistro Now Open

Arlen’s American Bistro – the newest restaurant in Castle Pines North (CPN) – is open and ready to impress. Owners Arlen and Amy Felsen have created a simple and delicious menu, along with a warm atmosphere they hope will bring guests back again and again. Arlen’s serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. All menu items are either 100 percent natural or Colorado grown.
Menu items include omelettes and pancakes for breakfast and salads, sandwiches and burgers for lunch. For dinner, tablecloths are added, an extensive and eclectic wine selection is displayed and fresh fish, steak, and pasta are added to the food line-up. Coming soon are an outdoor patio and evening jazz.
Arlen’s American Bistro is located in the Safeway shopping center and is open for breakfast and lunch seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dinner is served from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and on Fridays and Saturdays from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. For more information or to make a reservation, please call 303-688-1107.
