Castle Pines Athletics is excited to announce the addition of co-ed flag football, coming to the Castle Pines community in September.
The season is set to run September 7 to October 21, and will be held on Fridays or Sundays at Elk Ridge Park and Daniel’s Gate Park in Castle Pines. Practices will be held 30 minutes prior to the start of each game.
The co-ed program will be offered to children of all skill levels grades kindergarten to fifth grade. Volunteer parent coaches are needed.
Can a child play fall soccer with Castle Pines Athletics and play flag football too?
Yes! Castle Pines Athletics will host flag football on Fridays and Sundays only. Soccer games will continue to be held on Saturdays, and soccer practices will not conflict with our new football schedule.
Registration for flag football opens July 1. The cost for the program is $105 for residents of the City of Castle Pines ($125 for non-residents.) Mouth guards and sneakers are mandatory and will be rquired prior to play. Castle Pines Athletics will provide team t-shirts and participation awards.
Spaces are limited, so sign up quickly to secure your child’s spot in this new and exciting program. The deadline to register and avoid a $20 late fee is August 1.
