If you enjoy looking for bargains in a beautiful neighborhood full of nice people, consider visiting Sapphire Pointe’s eighth annual community garage sale.
The sale will be held on Friday, June 5 and Saturday, June 6. Sapphire Pointe HOA’s social committee chairperson Betsy Lanphier said residents will be ready for shoppers from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and some residents may continue the sale into Sunday, June 7. Signage will be posted at Sapphire Pointe’s entrance and throughout the neighborhood.
Sapphire Pointe has more than 800 homes and is included in The Castle Pines Connection’s 80108 zip code demographic. The community is located off of Crowfoot Valley Road, on the east side of I-25 and Founders/Meadows Parkway.
