AdventHealth celebrates 10 years and a new name
Brent Spenst (left), AdventHealth’s Rocky Mountain Region CEO, and Dr. Devin Bateman (right), chief medical officer at AdventHealth Castle Rock, helped celebrate the transition that now has AdventHealth directly managing hospitals that were previously overseen by Centura Health. The occasion on August 3 also marked the hospital’s 10th anniversary. Spenst served as CEO of AdventHealth Orlando and Littleton Adventist Hospital before coming to Castle Rock Adventist.
“I’m thrilled to be returning to AdventHealth and Colorado to lead our teams of skilled and compassionate caregivers as we serve our communities and help them experience wholeness through our care, now fully backed by the strength of a powerful nationwide network,” Spenst said.
Local families celebrated the rebranding of Castle Rock Adventist Hospital to AdventHealth Castle Rock during an event on August 3, now that AdventHealth has split from Centura Health. They also marked the 10-year anniversary of the hospital’s location in Castle Rock.
