A new name for Lagae Ranch

To more accurately align with the communication efforts of Lennar Homes, information about the Lagae Ranch development on the City of Castle Pines website has been changed to Castle Pines Valley. The new development, currently under construction, will include 231 single-family homes, 400 multi-family residences, an elementary school, 76 acres of open space, and the previously-constructed Elk Ridge Park and American Academy school. Nothing else about the project is new, only how residents will be able to view and reference the project under the new name on the City’s website and in future project communications.
